Install question 4EZ: NET light blinking, ONLINE light off

Hi,
Just picked up a Envisalink 4EZ and followed the simple steps to physically install the board into my DSC 1832 Power series. After connecting all the wires (red, black, yellow, green) and the Ethernet cable, I'm unable to connect to the Eyez-On server. The NET light is blinking and the ONLINE light is off.

When reviewing the list of connected devices on the router log, the Envisalink does not show up. My setup is FIOS panel > Netgear WiFi router > Envisalink. I checked the Ethernet cable by connecting it to a laptop and that easily accessed the internet and showed on the router as a connected device. I take this as a sign that the port on the router and the cable is good.

I've attempted to reset the card by shorting the RST button but the end result was the same as the initial attempt. Looking at the install guide, the NET flashing is noted as MODULE PROGRAMMED TO STATIC IP. My router is set to DHCP. How do I change the module to be DHCP?

To reset the module you need to hold the RST pads short for at least 5 seconds. You will know if you are successful if you see the LEDs start to blink in sequence signifying a reboot.

I find tweezers are the best way to short the pads.
