This only appears to be the case on the primary account. The "change sounds" option is not available for other Contacts.
It is available for all App contacts. It is meaningless for email or SMS contacts so it doesn't appear there.
I have a "standard user" sub-contact setup only to see partition 2 (using EnvisAlerts+ "Device Sharing by Partition").

The EyezOn mobile app is installed on a smartphone. Logged in using that contacts credentials. I am not relying on email or SMS for alarm reporting.

Unlike when I login to the web page with the "primary" account, where I can see the Assign Devices/Modify/Sounds option, for devices connected to that account, I cannot see any such option when logging in as the sub-contact account.

The app itself (on the sub-contact phone) lists the mobile device (using the Contacts option at the bottom of the page) however nothing appears when selecting "Assign Devices"

When logged in via the web page, using the sub-contacts credentials, the "edit contact" menu only shows the various alarms and system alerts (even though I understand a sub-account can't actually receive system alerts). No option for sound.

Further, I note that the sub-user account, configured only for partition 2, continues to receive alarms from partition 1 via the app and can see all "events" on either partition.

I have tried to understand how to configure the EVL4 but its like poking around in the dark since there doesn't seem to be any detailed documentation.

How do I get this functioning properly?

Very Secure: I'm not sure exactly what you are seeing. Send in a tech support request with some screen captures and we can better help you that way.

Thanks for this app. The notification functionality is especially useful. I do, however, have an issue. It seems that the password characters allowed by the app are different to those allowed by the EyezOn website. From what I can tell, certain special characters are not understood by the app. For instance if your password is "The+quick+brown+fox!" then the app keeps displaying "Wrong credentials" If the password is instead changed to "Theplusquickplusbrownplusfox" then the app allows login. Thus the "+" sign and/or the "!" sign in passwords appear to confuse the app. Can you have the relevant people check into this please?

Thanks

Yes that is true, you can't use any special characters in the password with the app.

Just found it in the Apple App Store today. Tried it and works great. It created a contact for the phone so I deleted the old SMS contact and disabled the mobile link as well

Good job! Worth the wait
