EvisaLink 4 Monitoring keeps going offline

I recently switched to Windstream and they provide a Actiontec T3200 modem/router. My EvisaLink 4 will intermittently go offline and not come back on unless I reboot the T3200. I am pretty sure it is the T3200 because other devices like my thermostat and Wink Hub also have similar problems. Anyone have suggestions or experience with this modem?
