Hello All,
Need some help. I am trying to setup the DSCServer and Client app as I had it working on my previous DSc system.
Link to server site https://sites.google.com/site/mppsuite/ ... /dscserver
I got everything configured, registered the board on the EYEZ ON portal and can access the Envisalink local webpage.
However, there are two issues:
1) when I access the portal (by using the IP assigned to it) I can see that under system it shows "System Invalid Code"
2) on the app it self I get an error stating Keybus Busy Lockout (The Pandel is currently in Keypad Lockout too many disarm attempts)
My question is how can I reset this to release the lockout. I have two other hardwired keypads and they are all working correctly.
Any help would be appreciated.

Did you drop Mike P a message? He's usually pretty responsive about issues with his app.
The recurring issue I have is timeout exceptions: "DscConnection: mpp.dsc.Connect2DS$AckTimeoutException: Acknowledgement timeout for 000: Poll", no issue with lockouts.
EDIT: What panel are you using? Are you certain of the compatibility?

Re: EVL3 Reporting Keybus Lockout
I believe he was able to sort it (it's a DSC panel thing if the wrong PIN is used too many times), and he's up and running now.
The timeout thing is a network problem - the DscServer retries a number of times and something in the network stack is preventing the poll requests or responses from being delivered. Usually after a the timeout the connection is dropped and should be reestablished, I hope that's working. Sometimes a network device restart or a client device restart get them behaving more reliably.

One more possibility for the poll time-out - maybe it's this problem: http://forum.eyez-on.com/FORUM/viewtopi ... 45d5eaacb1?

I believe this was the customer who actually had their Envisalink hooked up to the secondary Keybus terminals of a TL-300 instead of the panel.mikep wrote:One more possibility for the poll time-out - maybe it's this problem: http://forum.eyez-on.com/FORUM/viewtopi ... 9df44f5167?
