Does the EVL4 work on the Vista 128bpt? Thanks

I have installed EVL4 but I am not getting any reports when I arm,disarm, set off a device....The only report I got was a Supervision Restore? I have rechecked the programming per the instructions that came with the EVL4. Are there any other documents that explain how to program "Other reporting codes are found in the Reports Code Section"?
