Dumb question regarding Stay/Away Arm

I have an envisalink 4/vista 20p/6160rf/5858v setup and I noticed that when I do away arming (either through the app or the 5828v keypad) I get the following message
Away Arming by User Master
Partition House

Stay Armed

Why does it show "Stay Armed"? The keypad also shows Stay even though I've explicitly armed it as away.

Also when I arm it for Stay, I get the following message but there is no "Stay Armed" message

If you didn't breach an exit zone after Away arming the Vista will switch to stay as it assumed you pressed the wrong button as nobody left the house. You can turn that feature off but I don't have the manual in front of me. Look in your Vista installation manual for a section called "auto-stay-arm"
