EVL4 Offline

Hi All, the module went offline on February 6 2018. I got a lot of emails about Network Supervision going away and being restored. The odd thing was it would mention Partition 0. Whenever I had opening and closing reports it was always for Partition 1. I just pulled out the module and I have a solid light for OPER and KEYB. I can not ping or see the device on the network via port 80. I have restarted the whole system and the device is the same. I tried resetting the device by shorting the reset pad while powered and the LEDs run across OPER, KEYB, NET, and ONLINE. Then the same behavior, I can not see the device. The Link Light never turns on. I tested the Ethernet cables and ports and all looks good. I am stuck. Any Suggestions?

No LINK LED means no Ethernet. You need to get that LED solid green which means you have a physical connection with the switch/router.

I ran a wire through the outside and it worked again. I will try to re-crimp RJ-45 Jacks and re terminate the keystones, maybe get new wire.
