EnvisaLink 4 with both cell and IP

EnvisaLink 4 with both cell and IP
Have a DSC system with cell to central station. If I add EnvisaLink 4, can I leave cell to CS as is and use IP for automation via homebridge, etc.?

Yes, no problem. On DSC systems the Envisalink is effectively invisible to the panel.
