Not receiving alerts on the app

Has anyone issues with receiving alerts on the app for the alarm trigger only?, I receive notification on the app for arm, disarm but not when alarm goes on. any ideas?
I'm using envisalink 4 in a vista 20p

Already found the problem, the issue was that I did not have the zones reporting, changed the reporting on each zone and I am able to receive notifications for alarms on the app and on email, hope this information is helpful for someone...

I'm having the same issue. I'll have to study and see how to check on reporting.
