Can't see camera icon Connect2Go

Hi,

I got a new system EnvisaLink 4 using Connect2Go. I remember the installer that show me the camera icon on the page of Connect2Go.
I just installed new camera and I want to add it on Connect2Go but I don't see the camera icon. What can cause that ?
