EVL-4EZR KEYB Light Flashing DSC PC5010 LCD55012Z Key Pad

Hello,
I Installed EVL4, connected to DSC 823. All the lights are on except the keyb light is flashing. I have checked and rechecked the wire installation on the panel and believe the wiring is correct. When I log into the EVL4 web admin page, it indicates it is online with server, but the home page does not have status for the zones.

I am unable to login to the http://www.eyezon.com/ -> login site to open a ticket. It clocks - not sure if site is down or if I am the one with issues.

Best I can gather is that maybe I do not have the right driver installed?
