Not getting text or email notifications.

Hi all, first time poster. In the last two weeks, I stopped getting text and email notifications when I arm or disarm my evl3. I logged into the eyezon website and reconfirmed my email and number but no dice. Anyone else running into this? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

Submit a Tech support request from your Eyezon portal.

Same problem. Quit getting all emails. Door activities, windows , everything. Can not find any thing in inbox, spam, junk etc. Change email accounts was able to verify then no alerts.
