Mobile app and some Browsers

I've been living with this for awhile. on the mobile app and some mobile browsers (chrome) (IE) when i go to the thermostat section i can scroll down and select a change. After making a change the page refreshes and i am no long able to scroll down, the page seems locked. I am unable to click the save button so the change is not committed. this has been going on for a couple of years now and i have just lived with the issue.
