I had a power outage this night that drained the alarm panel's battery. Now power is back up but Envisalink 3 doesn't come up - both OPER and KEYB lights are flashing, indicating that it can't get an IP. The network cable is fine (and I tried another one just to be sure), the LNK light is on and I see the ACT light flashing.
The router it's connected to is fine and I can see many other devices successfully getting DHCP leases.
I've tried resetting the board (shorting SI and SO pins) but it makes no difference, the board still can't get an IP. Any other hints? It looks like the board has a hardware issue otherwise

Tried that. I can actually see the DHCP requests (in tcpdump on the router) coming from the board and DHCP replies being sent back. Somehow they are not being processed.
Anyway, it’s definitely a hardware issue. An EVL4 board that I’ve just received seems to be working fine. I can send you the defective board for debugging, but at this point it’s likely to be purely of academic interest.
