Login required on Eyez-On mobile app

I have had Envisalink 4 for 2 years and used the Eyez-On mobile app to arm, disarm, etc., my Vista 20P system. Lightning took out the Envisalink device so I replaced it with an Evisalink 4EZ. Now, I have to login to the mobile app each time I access it, which was not necessary before. What do I need to do so that I only need a one-time login on the app? I do require a code login on my iPhone which is usually enough to avoid this problem.
