Be warned when AC power drop

Hi,
I use envisakink 4 with DSC 1832 panel... i would like to know if there is a way to be warned on my cell phone when AC power fail ? Network supervision works and send me a text message if AC and battery are both down more than x minutes .. but nothing sent if just AC fail and system is running on battery ?

After about 30-60 minutes the panel will issue an AC fail alert. This is for DSC systems. Honeywell can be up to 4 hours.
