Disable Honeywell Zones

Hi,

I have successfully attached and setup my Envisalink 4, but my Honeywell system hasn't been used in a while and now includes some zones that are no longer in use. For example, some of the windows have been replaced & the smoke detectors have been replaced by non-Honeywell versions. Also, the Honeywell battery is dead.

How do I:
1) Disable the obsolete zones?
2) Disable the battery warning?

I have an ATD SafeWatch Pro 3000 keypad.

The beeping is driving my wife insane and I will need to return my Envisalink 4 if I don't figure this out...
