Zone Followers

Post by manny2147 »

Hello,

Has anyone tried working with zone follower with a DSC1832?

I have noticed that when I activate this option under manage devices I choose a zone to follow like e.g. 19 then I check later on it switches it to zone 43 and my zone is unchecked. Any help is greatly appreciated.

Can't help with this particular issue...all that I can say is that I have used zone followers with a DSC1832, and it worked as expected.

Sorry! But I'm sure somebody will be along to help shortly

Hi Manny,
Could you forward your information to esupport@eyez-on.com ? I've never seen this behaviour before and it might be a setup specific issue on the web portal side.

I am seeing the same behavior as well with my 1864.

I set the zone followers for 1-5 and 15. I go back after a minute or so, while the command is still in the queue "Zone followers" and it seems to happen once the command is delivered to the 2DS.

If I turn off all zone followers, I see this message at the top of the page "Warning: Invalid argument supplied for foreach() in /home/eyezon/EZMAIN/sec_details_changes.php on line 20"

If I turn Zone 15 on and nothing else, it defaults to zone 55 once the queue empties.
