Hey all. I have a Vista 20P and envisalink 4. I had a monitoring company come in and install a 4G cell connection for monitoring and ever since I can no longer receive alerts.
Per the monitoring company, when I go into *29 I am supposed to disable IP/GSM. Going against their recommendation, if I do enable as advised in the envsalink install instructions I get an error "Check 103 LngRng Radio 0000" and still can not receive alerts. Any suggestions/advice would be much appreciated. Thanks!

Did you enable shadowing?
I’ve got a vista-128 and honeywell communicator (G4 and Ethernet) and it works.

Thank you for the reply. Actually, just tried disabling shadowing and that seemed to get rid of the error message. Still not receiving text notifications for some reason but at least no longer in an error state. Thanks again!

You only use Shadowing if you have an ECP connected GSM module, which you don't.
