Hello,
I have 4 person to contact in case of an alarm,
is it possible to have a delay between each SMS or e-mail.
and not to contact others if the alarm is disarmed by someone before the end of the call delay?

because for the moment the 4 are awake and they must all be called to see who will go there

No, that is not really an option. Alerts are handled via a message queue so they cannot be delayed.

For Envisalarms customers you can definetly instruct the operator to call each keyholder in order and stop once the alarm is cancelled.

Does Envisalarm caller talk french?

Because 80% of person talk only French in the shop

Yes, our Canadian operators are bilingual. When you enrol you can select the default language as Français if you like.
