DSC 1832 RFK5500 - EnvisaLink 4 Support Broadcast labels?

Hi

I just recently got an Envisalink 4 board and installed it in an older PC1832 panel I have at home. I am using a RFK5500 keypad and all my zones are wireless. All zones are labelled in the keypad but when I connected the Envisalink 4 board I did not see any labels. I have tried a label broadcast from the keypad but it has not changed anything with the EnvisaLink portal or mobile app. Is there a sequence that needs to be followed to get labels across from the DSC keypad? Are labels even supported in this manner or I do I need to recreate the labels from the keypad in the portal?

The Envisalink doesn't support label broadcasts so you have to enter them into the Eyezon portal manually. Supposedly the next gen module will have this feature.

Thank you for the response. I also got a response from support indicating that I needed to create the labels in the portal. I have successfully done this and now have Alarmserver running to integrate my DSC zones into SmartThings.
