I have an envisalink 4 which has been working for about a year. Suddenly it wasn't accessible. The NET led is constantly flashing. I tried resetting it by shorting the RST contacts. It reboots but goes back into the flashing NET state. I tried resetting a few times... It doesn't show up on my routers client list
Is there anyway I can debug this to figure out what the issue is?

Re: Envisalink keeps flashing net led
Flashing NET means you set the IP address to static within the Enivsalink. You then probably changed routers and that is why you can't access it.
You have two options. Put the old router back in place and then log into the Envisalink, disable the Static IP option, and reboot. Alternately you can do a factory reset as you have mentioned. If it doesn't reset the IP address then you might be doing it incorrectly. Use a metal tweezers to short the pads and not a flat-head screwdriver.
If the problem persists submit a tech support request from your Eyezon portal.

Thanks for the advice.
Is it possible that shorting RST contacts will reboot the device but NOT factory reset it? I basically short it until the LEDs start blinking in sequence then stop. Should I short it for a longer period?
