Migrating from Connect2Go to Eyez-On

Post by JR99 »

Hi there,
I have a DSC and Envisalink 4 installed by a security company already setup on Connect2Go.
We are thinking about migrating to Eyez-On.
Other than creating an account on the portal and adding the EV4 MAC address into the portal will there be anything else I need to setup ?

Thanks in advance.

This has come up before but worth mentioning again. If an Envisalink module is registered on one of the other partner platforms like Connect2Go or SaF, we have no control over the module at Eyezon. You need to get Connect2Go to release the module in order to then activate it on Eyezon's platform.

As well, the Eyezon terms and condtitions demands that you know how to install and maintain a professional security system, if not, there will be no end-user technical support available.

If you can get the module released and activated on Eyezon, you will then need to label zones and users like a new install as that data doesn't stay with the Envisalink, it is in their portal. You will need to add contacts etc. like before unless the Connect2Go dealer did it for you.

All of that is convered in the Eyezon User Manual, available under HELP in your portal.
