Monitoring Certificate
I have been trying to get a monitoring certificate for EnvisAlarm to submit to my insurance company for a couple weeks. I've submitted two support tickets weeks apart (Ticket ID 26874 & 26977). Both times, I first received a support request email with the ticket number and then I received an email indicating a mail delivery failure:
