EVL-4 Alarms on Multi-Partition DSC Panel

I have an EVL-4 connected to a DSC panel that has two partitions. Is there any way to configure Contacts so that they only receive alarms from one of the partitions?

I have multiple DSC Alarm Panels under my account. Does a single Envisalerts+ subscription cover all of my panels, or do I need a separate subscription for each panel?

Envisalerts+ is per Envisalink. Typically this feature is only used by landlords where the cost is easily absored by the renters.
