2 messages when system is disarmed

When I get a message after a system disarm, there are 2 of them. One that says system disarmed and a second one that says "security event:special closing".

I tried unchecking boxes but I always get that second message.

Anyone have a clue what this second message is, or more importantly how to get it to stop?

Are you arming Away without a code? if So you will get a special closing
