Eyeson module releases

Hi,

I have a DSC alarm system with the Envisalink 4 module and now I would like to get my house monitored by my local alarm system compagny

Giving that the Eyezon module is
enrolled to the original dealer( Eyeson )my local alarm system compagny can not do it .

Would need EYESON to delete my account so it can be released. And my local compagny can monitor it.

Is someone knows if EYESON could do that ?

Just delete your module and then delete your account. You do this yourself.

How do I delete the module ? I guess to delete the account I need to log in on the website under my account?

How is their service for monitoring ? Any reviews ? They are in Ontario ,Canada ?

To delete your module you log into your Eyezon account and go to Settings->Delete module. Once that is done you can go to Account Settings and on the upper right-hand side there is a link to Delete Account. Sorry to see you go.

Eyezon, through its partners, offers Professional Monitoring to all of Canada and all of the U.S. with dispatch in English and French. If you look through this forum I think you wll find customers are very hapy with the service. Click on the Envisalarm icon in your Eyezon portal account for more details.

If Envisalarm monitors my system trough the internet card can I still use Eyeson for seft monitoring as well ?

Yes, that's the whole point. Nothing changes.

At Eyezon you also retain ownership of your equipment.
