(* I wildcarded some characters because spam robots)

So you need to have correct PTR record in DNS because a lot of mail server will reject your emails.

If you think I can help you in setting.

The problem is that:
*****:~$ host 204.15.39.147 # this IP has a PTR with name ->
147.39.15.204.in-addr.arpa domain name pointer ns2.envisacor.com.
*****:~$ host ns2.envisacor.com # but this name has another IP with A record
ns2.envisacor.com has address 184.106.223.149

therefore need an A record:
ns2.envisacor.com A 204.15.39.147

or you need modify PTR record to another host name and put an A record with it.

I don't know what you are waiting for in terms of a reply.

That IP isn't a reporting server at all. It is a mail server for Envisacor.

If you are having an issue with Envisalerts, or your Envisalink, then this is the forum for it.

What is your company??
This forum is under eyez-on.com domain or not?
I have ordered an 2DS card (and I am waiting for it) and I have written a lot of emails to your company and I didn't get any answer to those.
Therefore I was looking for the problem and I have seen on my mail server (I am system administrator on a lot of servers) that the problem is with DNS records of your servers and I thought I can help you if I tell this... but I see you don't want to know.
ok
bye

What he's saying is that he can't get mail from you because his mail server checks A records and host settings through reverse DNS lookups, which are not resolving correctly in this case. This is standard practice for properly configured mail servers as many SPAMMERS will use open relays to send their spew. Properly configured mail servers with good anti-spam firewalls will check the incoming e-mail to make sure it isn't masquerading with phoney routing information, by reverse DNS lookups and properly populated A rand MX records. We perform these checks at our enterprise as well.

Yes, yes.

but eyez-on already has correct DNS records from some days, somebody corrected it and I got a lot of old emails from eyez-on. ( alerts, forum, registrations, mobile link...etc)
because alters' emails was very important to correct the DNS records.
