very weird problem. all the partition statuses overlap?

Hi, so in a nutshell, I run a V250BP with an EVL4 and integrated it to my HomeSeer 3 Pro software.... and the partition one status appears to be getting bled over on by the alarm system status. I've talked to the HS Plugin creator and he says the problem is in the EVL4 sending info.

Any help would be appreciated.

Im having a different but similar issue with the partition status. It seems that the partition 1 status is changing even while its not. It's like the status for partition 1 is being affected by the system status showing all 8 partitions. This is on a Vista 250.
i noticed it first with trying to get notifications of status changes.
i have installed the device history plugin and it shows the "changes" occuring overnight while it was armed in instant. Would the delay fix listed above be applicable or is it a different issue entirely? Heres some screen shots from this morning, and i have not disarmed anything yet. The disturbing part is when it shows it was in "alarm".

Unfortunately we can't help with anything this advanced. The plug-in owner would need to contact Envisacor tech support for the TPI for more help.

I'm pretty sure you might be the only TPI user with a commercial panel like the 250.

ok, well thanks for taking a look.

I know originally when I first set it up they didn't have the support for the higher amount of zones, and at least made it support 128.

I'll refer back to the PI developer.

I love the remote access I have for the alarm control from my phone.... but it would be so nice to have it properly integrate with my Home Automation. so much possibility there.
