Set up EVL4 to a DSC Power 632 no notifications

Yes, I set up a EVL4 to my DSC Power 632 and everything seems to be setup correctly, but I am not getting any notifications either by email or SMS. My EVL4 has all the lights lit up the transmit blinks as it should. I try to run a test from the DSC but I do not get any notifications, email or SMS. I believe I have the email and SMS set up correctly, I did get the pin for each one and verified them. When I am logged in to the Eyeson server it shows my devise is there and says ready. Shows recent activity and such. I can even arm and disarm the DSC system.

Any ideas?

You probably didn't set up any contacts. See the Eyezon user manual and look up "adding contacts". If you think you still have everything set up correctly, then submit a tech support request from your Eyezon portal.

I got it to work, the problem was even though I enabled it on the computer it didn't work until I access the contacts from my phone and enabled them. Anyway thanks for the help!!!
