I have an EyezOn 4.
A weird NEW problem has crept up when I remotely access the alarm via EyezOn.
Like I have for the past several years, I bypass a device (I've had intermittent trouble with) when I set the alarm.
Things percolate and the alarm comes back with "Exit Delay" (as it should).
After the delay, I get a "slamming door" sound effect on my phone (as I should) and I receive the "Away Arming by User . . ." email.
A few minutes later, when I go to my EyezOn alarm page, it reads "Off-Line".
And I receive the "Network Supervision Fault" email about 10 minutes later.
I have remote control of the power to the alarm system so I power down the alarm and the battery backup (i.e., no power to alarm panel).
When I power back up the alarm reads "Away Armed" and I receive the "Network Supervision Restore" message by email.
As I am away from the location the alarm is protecting, there is no way to see if the alarm is, in fact, armed.
And, as I've not had this problem(?) before, I have not been on-site to test to see if the alarm retains it's Arm/Disarm status upon power cycle.
After things are normal and I have control of the system, I get the "door opening" sound effect when I disarm the system . . so, normal . . and I retain control of the system once it is disarmed.
Any thoughts?

It sounds like your funky smathome is turning off the power to some networking equipment when armed which pulls the Envisalink offline.
