EVL4 Disconnects on every command

I have an EyezOn 4 connected to a DSC PC 1616.
Everything was working normally for almost 4 years now. Suddenly every time i arm or disarm the system using the mobile app, the module first performs the action and then goes offline and i get a "Network Supervision Fault" email about 10 minutes later.
Meanwhile even though is says it is offline i can access it inside my local network using its LAN IP address. When I reboot it from that page everything starts working normally again (I receive immediately the "Network Supervision Restore" message by email) until the next command.
I would appreciate any help
