EVL3/4 Can these boards have more than one active client?

Greetings, I am trying to use the EVL3 with 2 clients connected.
On this DSC Power Series system it looks like I am able to have one client at a time with the EVL3. Is there a way to allow 2 systems to access the interface?

Can I use 2 EVL cards on the same DSC panel ?
