Eyezon App been sending Opening/Closing now

I haven't changed anything on my Alarms or my App settings and noticed ever since updating to iOS 15 to do some beta testing, the Eyezon App been sending me every open and close, Never had this before. Is this something new or a setting I can turn off? I checked the contact settings on Eyezon and couldn't see anything tied to this.

Those are text (SMS) alerts, not PUSH notifcation alerts. You must also have an SMS contact on your account.

Not following on it being a SMS alert, the icon itself is from the app itself as shown on the screenshot. Ive never had an SMS alert contact from what I remember. I looked at the contacts on my account and they are either iPhone app contacts or email. The first screenshot was the settings of the iPhone app contact.

The ones that have iPhone app contacts don't have a message format at the bottom. Only the emails ones do which are set to FULL.
