Change security events you get email alerts for?

How do you change which security events you get email alerts for?

I've looked and can't seem to find where to change this, I'm sure it's obvious and I'm just missing it.

Hi, you need to modify your device settings for your Contact.

From your account go to "Manage Contacts". Select the contact that you want to change. Then select Assign Devices. There you will see all the devices on your account, select the Envisalink that you want to change by selecting modify. There you can change which events you will be alerted on.

is it possible to setup an email alert for a zone when the alarm is not armed? for example i am away from home did not set the alarm but still want to know (for example) when a friend comes to let my dogs out and when they leave. did they use the front door or the garage? can you get an email alert for them?

That's exactly what the feature does. You select which zone to follow and you are alerted (email or text message) whenever that zone is violated. No need for the system to be armed.
