iOS app and dsc *9 arm

iPhone 12 latest iOS
DSC system
Try to *9 arm on the app
Screen comes up and I enter password
After it’s entered the keyboard done button is pushed and the arm button disappears
Is this a known problem eta in a fix or work around… wife is getting sick of me texting her to arm the system when I leave for work in the morning

Yes, it is a bug in the app. As a work around you can go to Commands->Custom and then enter *9

enter *9
push send

check home page

says "busy"

recheck and it never does anything it just goes back to "ready"

In custom sequence you have to enter...
*9XXXX

Where XXXX is your user code.
