EyezOn Monitored Device Off-Line Alert

I got an "EyezOn Monitored Device Off-Line Alert" for my EVL4 this morning. Everything seems to be working fine.
Then later today I received a "Security Event: Envisalarm FTC" and then 20 minutes later got a "Security Event: Envisalarm FTC Restoral"

Normally I see "Security Event: IP Connection Down, LTE Backup Engaged" when the Internet goes down or "Security Event: LTE Backup Supervision Fault" when the LTE path goes down.

Why am I seeing these new and different error messages while everything appears to be working fine?
