I just moved to a new house and took my Envisalink EVL4 with me. At my last house I had a Honeywell Vista 20p. At the new house I have a DSC 1616. Is there anything special I need to do to migrate? Will a factory reset be enough? I know when I installed it on the Vista 20p, it said something about installing the firmware for Vista automatically. Will a factory reset, set it back to DSC?

Hi, no a factory reset doesn't change the firmware. You need to delete the Envisalink from your Eyezon account and then re-activate it but select DSC instead of Honeywell. Once online and activated it may take up to 20 minutes to switch firmware. You will know it is done when the KEYB LED is fully solid and not off.
