No alarm alerts with my iPhone 13 using iOS 15

I have set up my Vista 20P and Envisalink 4 and all seems fine except that I get no audible alert for an alarm. Email alerts come thru but of course I don't notice them until long after the alarm. In testing I am waiting the required time so the alarm does not appear due to slow user response. All armings and disarmings and alarms show up on the app but there is no audible notification. I believe I have set the phone for notifications (unless I have missed something). What could I be overlooking?
