How to connect wire to Duo
Apologies if this is really basic but can someone share how to connect the wires to the Duo? I can't tell if I'm suppose to use a screw driver or push one the orange pins. Thanks much.

Yes, the online documents and video for DUO have been delayed for some reason. These are spring loaded terminals. You use a small flat-head screwdriver to push in the orange switch, only about 3mm. You then just push in your stripped wire and let go.
Its descrbed in the quick-start that comes with DUO but a viedo would be best. Here is a link to the quide.

Thank you for your response. Yes, makes sense!
Fyi, the package did include the 4 conductor wire but it was underneath the black packaging mold so I almost missed it.

Its not actually supposed to be included as it is too short to be useful. It is the same wire that is included with the EVL4 which is to be mounted in the same can as the panel.
