I had everything running great on my envisilink 2DS....until:
I transferred the account to one of my kids email address.
She also put in some TP-Link smart plugs and switches and the alarm went offline.
I had them all removed but the 2DS still isnt showing on the attached devices on my router. I reset the router but still cannot see it.
I reset the 2DS and it still isnt showing up in the attached devices list.
The eyez on account shows off-line.
Any idea where to start?

Submit a tech support request from your Eyezon portal and include the state of all 4 LEDs on the board.
