EVL4 misclassified as DSC

EVL4 misclassified as DSC
Installed the EVL4 as specified but the website classifies the module as DSC, rather than as Vista 20p which is my panel type. Can I change this myself or I do I need to get tech support on this. Very frustrating since I have connected everything as specified. All lights are solid except the flashing green of KeyB.

Never mind. Figured it out. Deleted device then reinstalled.
