Pin to verify text says it is wrong, will not verify

Yes, I have a couple of systems and my wife and I both use the apps, mine is android and my wife's is apple. Mine has been setup for a while now and I just added my wife to the system , specifically the text notification. I got her email set up with no issues, I also got her push notification setup as well. The problem came when setting up her text to her phone. I added her number and the system says it sent a verification text and it did. I entered the code that was sent and it said it failed to verify. I tried it 2 or 3 more times same problem. I also started over an deleted her phone number and then added it again, I received the code again but it still said it failed to verify. I know I am putting the correct code in, I tried it 4 or 5 times.

Both phones are Verizon.
