Troubles: Service required

I have just installed a EVL4 at a VISTA 48D with a 4219 zone expander. On the dashboard under Troubles I can see a Service required indicator. What does this means?

You need to look at the error code on your Honeywell keypad to see what the actual trouble is. That is just a generic message.
