PGM output delayed

Hi,

I am using the PGM outputs to trigger some home automation stuff.
Lately, over the past few weeks, I noticed a significant delay between the time I send the order to "Toggle a PGM" from the web app, and the time the PGM is actually toggled.

This delay is unpredictable, and even worse, commands get queued, so that if I try again, it will execute the PGM multiple time, at some random point in the future !

This is super problematic as there is no way to know if the command has been sent or not, will be executed or not, and when. It is a significant regression, are people at Eyez-on aware of the issue ? Any fix in sight ?

The issue would be with your own local network. Submit a tech support request from your Eyezon portal and one of the technicians can give you more information.

I will, thanks. Although I doubt it because it stopped working all of a sudden with no change on my end. But I will try and come back. Thanks !
