Newly added smoke/co zones not reported

I have an Envisalink 4 for my Vista 20p. I just added two zones (3/11) using zone doubling for fire and carbon monoxide respectively. These are connected via First Alert relays to the AC detectors. When testing them the keypad shows the alarms being triggered; however, the Envisalink does not generate emails or push notifications as with the other zones. Any ideas? When programming the zones I just used * to take the default. Do I need to specify a particular reporting code? Thanks.

The default reporting code may be zero so the panel won't report the event. Make the reporting code 10, or anything non-zero.

I checked and the reporting code is 10 (default).
