We subscribe to the monitoring service which has been great. I noticed we get a call from the monitoring service when there's a power failure. Is there a way to suppress the phone call for power failure or only call if the backup battery level is low and is not able to support the system on battery power? It's normally not a big deal but not great when the power failure happens in the middle of the night.
Also is there a call when there's a network outage? We have the DUO LTE subscription so I guess it would automatically failover to LTE which will keep the network alive?

Re: monitoring question: call when power failure
1) In the special procedures section of your Envisalarms submission you can add a note to not be contacted for AC failure or other troubles.
2) No, you are notified of this through Envisalerts only. With the DUO and an LTE subscription, you get an "IP Failure switching to LTE" message instead of the usual "network supervision fault".

Thx much. I'm assuming under Burglary Special Procedures?
