iPhone app sound

Post by grod777 »

I tried to locate it but can’t seem to find a way to change the notification sounds on my iPhone. Is this possible?

The Apple app doesn't support custom sounds but will in the future. No timeline, but probably Q4 of this year.

It's September now, is it still supported?

Its in the new app that is currently in Apple's TestFlight. I assume that means it is imminent.

My app just updated and I noticed a new sound when an alert is initiated but the option in notifications is still not there to change the sound.

Its under the "Shares and Alerts" tab on the portal.

Go to Shares and Alerts for your device and find the iPhone contact. Hit, the EDIT button, and on the options page you will see a drop-down box where you can select between Eyezon defaults sounds (new for iPhone users but the same for Android users) or your iPhone default notification sounds.

Found it. So there’s only 2 options? Wah wah.
Other apps I can goto notifications and select from several sounds.
Oh well. Better than before lol
