Locked out of system

Hello. Just set up my envisalink over the weekend and got an error *29
Wasn’t able to log in to system with installer code and everything I try points to system being locked out. I moved in 5 Year’s ago and remember accessing programming mode and changing the user code with no trouble. Now I can’t access any of the programming.is there anything I can do besides buying a new panel If my system is indeed locked out ? None of the codes I tried worked

Just follow the back-door instructions listed in our Honeywel Installation Manual under Support on your Eyezon portal.

I tried that multiple times. I power down the system by unplugging the AC power supply and remove the negative lead off battery. Wait ten seconds, plug back in, walk to keypad and press * and # at the same time and I get a long tone, never displays “installer20” or 20
