Duo Signal strength

I have activate LTE yet. I live in a tricky area for cell coverage and the DUO is in the basement and shows zero bars. Is this just because LTE is not activated or is there no coverage and I need to move it?

If the LTE LED is solid green and when you press the status button it shows zero bars, you will need to relocate your device.

Thanks for the response. I have looked for documentation on this. the LTE is solid green as the other LEDs. When I hit the status button the LTE flashes and the other remail solid. I have been looking for documentation for the DUO (other than the installation guide and the primer) but have not been able to find any.

You should submit a tech support request from the Eyezon portal as that pattern is not correct.

Thanks. support confirmed 2 bars, but did not comment on the LED pattern.
